Making chocolate is art and cooking in the right proportion. For Choco Deli's chocolate artisans, offering a quality product and service is a matter of honor. Our first cafe was opened in 2012, the next one in Rinteekulma Shopping Center in 2019.
Choco Deli's products look delicious on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside. All candies are finished with a painting technique; the surface is patterned with cocoa butter colors, after which the shells are made and the chocolate is tempered. The recipes are the result of years of refinement and Lappish courage.
Jouko Rajanen is the founder of Choco Deli and a chocolatier who started making chocolate in the early 2000s. In chocolate, he is fascinated by its challenge; as a raw material, chocolate is stubborn, and you can't bend corners.
